The host/Owner, Chandra, was extremely welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Located off the main road, quiet location. Very clean and well looked after. It is a simple accommodation, but had everything you need.

Pleasant stay with everything we needed. Close to everything and a short walk to the beach. Good hot shower, comfortable bed although creaky, like most in Sri Lanka! Friendly attentive host. Good that we could use the small communal kitchen and fridge. Safe place to stay with gated entrance.

Walls are peeling a bit and room is small, a bit of insects in the room The kettle was taken away as a “punishment after we forgot to wash 2 glasses we used once!! Washed them the rest of our stay.. theres a way to communicate and this isn’t it.

Great location. Huge room and bathroom - nice A/C. Stored my luggage etc - everything you would hope for in an excellent manner. But best of all is the owner who was amazing and so friendly and welcoming. Would recommend this place to anyone and I would have stayed longer if I didn’t have to leave to my next location. Thank you!

I liked everything here. The room is spacious and super clean, like the bathroom as well. There is also a shared fridge and a kettle to use, all do look very clean and new. The location of the guesthouse is really nice, next to the railways. If you walk the shortcut you are in 1-2 minutes on the main street with all the restaurants and shops. The upper levels of the guesthouse are not finished yet but from there you have an amazing view (there is also the smoking area). The host is such an amazing and communicative person - I wish I could have stayed longer, I loved everything here.

Because it's next to the railways you can here and feel the trains running, but that didn't bother me at all because it's not too many times a day.

I LOVE this place! It's superclean, bed is comfortable, AC really good, location good, walking distance to everything like beach, restaurants and shops. The owner is a wonderful man that you can get a lot of stories and advice from. He does everything to get you feel like home and have The best stay! If you're swedish you should absolutely stay here, the owner lives in sweden and the standard is more swedish. I would love to Come back!
