The villa’s location is its biggest attraction. Right outside the rooms, there is an amazing beach with a wide shoreline, where there aren’t many tourists. The views are stunning, the water is clear, and the beach is clean with no litter anywhere. The friendly hosts definitely made our stay much better. Their kindness and sincerity impress you every day of your stay. Wonderful people who will do everything for your comfort, help you, and give great advice. Also, a special thanks for the absolutely delicious breakfasts and dinners. The fried rice with seafood is the best here :) Lankaa (the hostess) has golden hands. They cook only fresh dishes—no frozen products or ready-made meals are used. What more could you need for happiness? The room has air conditioning. Nothing smells bad anywhere. Everything is neat and clean, with all the necessary amenities. You won’t find a better place. If you’re staying in Hikkaduwa, choose this villa. My best decision of the whole trip was spending time here.

The only downside is that you become so attached to this place and its hosts that leaving makes you feel a sense of longing. The place and the people really touch your heart, and you don’t want to go. I would have loved to spend even more time there, and I would definitely come back to them if I ever return to Sri Lanka!

Я снимала номер, и уже с первых минут почувствовала, насколько гостеприимными и заботливыми могут быть хозяева — всегда готовы помочь, подсказать, но при этом не навязчивы. Особенно порадовал формат питания: на территории виллы работает собственный мини-ресторан, где можно заказать именно то, что хочется на завтрак или ужин — никаких шведских столов или стандартных континентальных наборов. Всё свежее, вкусное и по очень приятным ценам, что особенно ценно в условиях отдыха. А теперь — о главном преимуществе: пляж начинается буквально у выхода из дома! Никаких дорог, переходов или поисков свободного места — всё рядом. На пляже есть как обычные лежаки, так и оригинальные «домики» с крышей, где можно укрыться от солнца и наслаждаться видом на океан в полной приватности. Атмосфера здесь по-настоящему спокойная и расслабляющая: вокруг почти нет людей, толкучки нет совсем — большинство лежаков свободны даже в высокий сезон. Вечерами слышны два звука: шум проезжающих машин с дороги за домом и мощный, успокаивающий ритм бушующего океана. Если вас это не смущает (а для многих, как и для меня, это даже плюс!), тогда смело заселяйтесь — вы получите идеальное сочетание уединения и комфорта. Рядом находится хороший супермаркет — всё необходимое всегда под рукой. А вдоль береговой линии расположены милые местные кафе, где можно попробовать как простую, так и более изысканную кухню. В номере есть всё необходимое: кондиционер, холодильник, фен, небольшая столовая утварь, чайник, есть сушилка для вещей на улице. Эта вилла отлично подойдёт как для семейных пар, ищущих тишину и уют, так и для молодёжи, ценящей свободу, близость к природе и атмосферу настоящего тропического отдыха. Обязательно вернусь сюда снова!

Очень красивые виды открываются на океан, но купаться не получится из-за сильных волн. Рядом полно кафешек, где можно вкусно поесть. В номере есть холодильник. Хозяин очень приветливый, помогал решать все возникающие вопросы, заказывал трансфер до аэропорта.

Близко к дороге, очень слышен шум от машин. Немного далековато до центра города, где есть пляжи для купания.

Awesome family Beautiful location in front of the beach Great food

The location is great directly on the beach. The family is super nice and they really make no spicy food which is not the general case in Sri Lanka. They have a small slide and toys which was great for our little one. The bathroom is nice and there is hot water.

If the room next door is loud you can hear it as the sound insulation is not the best. The sound from the street is ok and dies down at night. The bed is short at 190cm so if you are 190cm you can expect your ankles will be off the bed and the bed is also loud when you turn.
