Crazy Camel Hotel & Safari

A clean and comfortable place with an incredibly helpful and accommodating manager. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! We also had the chance to go on a jeep safari through them, and I truly appreciated the option to choose the jeep over a camel ride (doing the same exact route as with the camel). This is a fantastic choice for backpackers.

Staff was accommodating to requests and helped out as much as possible. Location is not bad, close to the fort and the main road to travel across.

Rooms and Facilities are not in the best shape and haven't been maintained properly. It could be much cleaner. The New Year price hike for the rooms and Facilities offered seems a bit much and a little pricey as well. There isn't much to do at the hostel though.

The owner Jamin and his entire staff were so lovely, helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had all we needed. The hostel was full of beautiful art, super clean, delicious food and they even hosted the best camping experience of my life - cooking, eating, being merry and sleeping under stars in the Thar Desert. Do not doubt the hospitality of this place and just book :)

friendly staff terrace was nice and good view but got a lot if smoke from their heater (?)

some rooms get smoke in from the general heater - the only solution was turning it off and showering cold (for the whole first floor) the rooms are in general clean but linen, towels and decorative pillows and rugs need a clean. bathroom is ok but the faucet needs a change. its loose and not really working. in general it was really expensive for what it was and does not look like the pictures anymore.
