This was really a home away from home for the seven nights I stayed It is in a great location, close to town, but also nice and quiet The family could not have been kinder or more friendly and relaxed Very clean and tidy, with use of a kitchen for making tea and coffee, and with a second fully equipped kitchen available

For the price the place was fantastic. It was very clean, comfortable and safe. The bathroom was much better than expected, really nice. The bed was comfy. The fan did the job fine. The mosquito net was great, I actually didn't get bitten once anywhere at the property but did see a few mosquitos. There is drinking water provided. The host is a really friendly person, extreme helpful and kind. You can walk to town, or easily hitch a lift or flag down a tuk tuk. The kitchen is in pretty poor condition but you don't have to use it, you don't have to go near it, it's there if you need or really want it. The rest of the property is really nice, clean and cozy. I really recommend this place!

I have no complaints at all, it's a wonderful place to kick back and chill in comfort without spending a lot.

Excellent hosts, good location and nice rooms. Very much recommended.

We've stayed for three nights. Property owner has met us in kalpitiya and transfer for free to house. He cooked calamari for us and was very kind. Property has free water and kitchen, but no stove. There are big table, candles, hammock. You can get boat to the other side and go to the sea.

Sometimes there was a bad smell from toilet.
