The host was very kind and helpful, he gave us a lot of good information about Sri Lanka. We had a very good conversation. If you are looking for a quiet place, this is the best place

This is a peaceful home stay where you can relax, there is a big garden where you can chill out. It is located 1 km from the village where you can find some good restaurants. ( If you walk at night, bring your flashlight, the road is dark) The room is great , clean, mosquito net, filtered water, kitchen, bed sheets, AC (extra price), fan, towels (extra price), and soap. You can rent bicycles or motorcycle for good price. The hosts are very attentive ( please note that they don’t live in this house and you have to call them if there’s something that you need ). I wish them all the best for the future and I strongly encourage you to stay with them if you want to relax in a peaceful atmosphere.

Since the beginning, Sifraz, the host, was really friendly and kind. He explained me everything about Kalpitiya: a short cut to the beach, where to eat, transport from there… He is a really helpful and friendly guy, focused and interested in make your staying the most comfortable possible. The room is big, with a nice and comfortable bed, provided by a necessary mosquito net. Washroom is also big, and everything was really clean. They provide you of towel and filtered water. I just stayed one night but if I go back to Kalpitiya I’ll definitely repeat.

Ranjith was an awesome host and had all the answers and contacts for all that I wanted to do. Always ready to help and went out of his way to make it a great experience. The value for money is incredible!

It’s not close to the beach if that’s important to you.

Sifraz and Ranjith were wonderful hosts.They invited me and another couple to their home for a lovely meal on my arrival and introduced us to their family.I'm a cycle tourist and they allowed me to safely lock my bike in sheltered spot although they said was no need. The room with bathroom was clean and fine for my short stay.

No nearby beach.
