Ideally situated, right on the seafront and close to the theatre. The room was comfortable and spotless, and breakfast was great. Most of all, the owners were friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Great seafront location. Very friendly and attentive hosts with long-standing commitment to home grown leisure industry.

Very welcoming. Andew is such a lovely person , nothing was too much for him. He helped out with things to do , suggestions of places to go. We had a front facing room with chair at the eindow . Lovely to sit at the window watch the sea and sunsetting etc.

Nothing needs improving

The host was friendly the location was good and right facing the beach.

The room in what we stayed was very dated and had not been decorated since the 70s, the paper was coming off radiator's were rusty shower was dirty and the beds had seen better days

The breakfast was cooked nicely .nice and hot .plenty of choice too, you chose your items required the evening before which was ideal .choices of cereal.fruit yogurts .even though the b& b was on the seafront it was quite a walk to the main pier and central places but the weather was lovely , we was in room 7 which was on 2nd floor .quite a few stairs but a good banister !! Nice stay for one night

Closer to the pier but I guess that reflects in the price as it was very reasonable price and 2 breakfasts were included. I guess if you stayed closer it would have been more expensive
