The breakfast was perfectly cooked and the host was very kind & friendly

The toilet seat was moving a bit

Andrew is an excellent host. He explained everything that we needed to know and was helpful. The property is in an excellent location right on the seafront. Very quiet location, but it is off-season. They have tried to think of everything that a guest could need. Just a little old fashioned, but we didn’t mind that. Fascinated by the ‘dumb waiter’ food lift from the kitchen below.

Little personal touch in the room. Bottles of water. Warm friendly welcome. Good information of local area.

Cooked breakfast a little well done for our taste

Shower difficult to adjust temperature to a safe setting. Room on the top floor was not ideal as my wife was recovering from surgery, however this was not the fault of the hotel we should have asked for a lower floor which we would do in the future!
