Very comfortable room. Very clean and good to note suitable for disabled people.

Difficult to find in the dark. A better lite sign at the entrance may be a good idea.

Very friendly host, we stayed due to us having a family celebration close by. Perfect location for us and if we ever come back to Lowestoft, we would definitely book again.

Good location. Well equipped. Very quiet

Very severe potholes in gateway entrance took us by surprise on initially entering. An easy fix. Surrounding derelict farm buildings a bit of an eyesore and spoilt what otherwise would have been a lovely location. Property well furnished and plenty of storage however nowhere comfortable for 2 people to sit. Microwave a nice touch but sadly nothing to warm up or eat off. A couple of croissants had to be warmed and eaten out of the packaging they were brought in! Bed roomy and quite comfortable except unfortunately for the pillows which were well past best by date.
