Lovely friendly hosts. Warm and comfy room. Would definitely stay again. Also, there is an EV charge point available and that was very much appreciated. Only a short distance from Lowestoft town centre so ideal for visiting the area. Oulton Broad (which is close and on the way in to Lowestoft town centre) is a nice spot which has some restaurants/cafes overlooking or close to the harbour.

This is NOT a gripe but a bit more shelf space for cosmetics/toiletries in the bathroom would be useful.
