One Rest Private House

Bijzonder aardige en hulpvaardige host, zeer schoon en hygiënische locatie. Handige plek ook, dichtbij het busstation en museaal aanbod.

Wij moesten even wennen aan de Japanse uitvouw bedden, maar ze sliepen uiteindelijk prima!

Je n’arrive pas à trouver. Si l’emplacement est central, il est à côté de la route principale de l’île. C’est bien si vous devez vous faire soigner les dents, il y a une clinique dentaire en face…

C’est un café-chambre. Vous dormez à côté d’un réfrigérateur professionnel qui tourne toute la nuit. L’espace est mal conçu c’est une réhabilitation bricolée. Quand vous avez pas le choix vous y allez et en plus c’est au prix d’un ryokan. Personnel peu accueillant qui vous présente l’appartement entre 2 café pour les clients. Bref à fuir.

Great self contained modern house with rattan floor, sliding partitions, futon beds etc. 5 mins walk up from the port. Helpful host organised bikes for us and runs nice cafe next door

Son aspect authentique, l’accueil formidable qui nous a été réservé par Kisaki & Johny, la proximité du village bref tout était parfaitement aligné avec nos attentes. Nous avons passés 2 nuits à la one rest House dont un dîner à la maison l’équipement est succinct mais totalement en adéquation. Merci encore pour l’accueil et les bons conseils.

We stayed at this accommodation for a couple of days and had an amazing experience. The location was excellent, making it very convenient to explore the area. The host was incredibly attentive — he gave us a warm welcome talk and even helped us by making a restaurant reservation, which we really appreciated. The place itself was very traditional Japanese, and we absolutely loved that aspect. It had all the necessary amenities and felt both comfortable and authentic. It truly felt like a dream stay, and we would definitely recommend it.

バス停から歩いてすぐの場所、家プロジェクトと直島新美術館は徒歩で巡れます。 スタッフの方がとても親切です。 非対応の宿泊施設が多い中、対面で説明してくださり、オススメの食事処まで教えていだだきました。 チェックイン前の訪問でしたが、先に荷物を預かっていただき、チェックインの手続きもしていだだけたので、帰りの時間を気にせずゆっくり観光できました。 お部屋はこじんまりとしていますが、清潔でとても快適でした。 銭湯に行きたくて、夕方の急なレンタル自転車にも快く用意してくださいました。

レンタル自転車は電動にしておけばよかったと後悔するほど坂道が多くかなり辛くて、途中何度も手押しで歩きました。

夕食の案内と予約をしてもらい、そのお店も美味しくて大満足でした。
