Breakfast was ok, good location, interesting city, nice people, taxes a good price.

The city was not very clean hotel room was small had no windows, and smelled damp

The breakfast is ok. The staff sound polite and sweet, but they are literally unhelpful. I asked the address of the property to the receptionist who is a girl and she does not remember her own hotel address. We were put in the room next to the reception and it was noisy. as guests were coming all the time. My friend got sick and we were promised to change room next day, but it never happened. The shower room door was unable to close, they promised to fix it, it never happened. The internet inside our room was very poor and chargers were not working from time to time . The worst experience is they displayed the pamphlest on their desk about Hammen, the bath house I wanted to go. The reception refused to call the bath house even when I offered to pay money for calling. I was just curious about the opening and closing time. THey kept telling they could call the taxi but we had to pay for two people although one of us did not want to do massage. In the end, it was exhausting and we decided to go on our own, just to find out Hammen was close early. They are so sweet and reassuring, but they cannot keep any promise they made . It may be the same in other Riads. I am not sure, I paid 60 pounds per night and I do not feel like it was worth it. I would not go to the same Riad again.

They are not honest about answers.

Breakfast was very good and served directly to the table. The Riad had its charm and the common areas were generally clean. The localization was great

Our room had no natural daylight, which made it difficult to stay inside or wake up comfortably. Although there were windows, they opened only to the hallway and the shutters were nailed shut, so we couldn’t use them. The drain was clogged and the toilet was not properly attached, which caused inconvenience. During our 4-day stay, the trash in the room was never taken out, and the small bin was far too small — we had no place to throw anything away ourselves. so we ended up with around 20 empty bottles in the room. Our towels never dried, and getting fresh towels at the reception was surprisingly difficult. Toilet paper was not restocked unless we specifically asked for it, and even then we received just a single roll.

Good location, friendly staff who was helpful regarding our requests. Many places to eat nearby with great atmosphere, but still silent in the house and the rooms.

Our room didn't have a window which was unlucky but OK for 1 night. The wifi wasn't good in the room or on the roof. Not very easy to find but this seems common.

Bagno indescrivibile.. la doccia pessima. Letto duro come un mattone, lenzuola sintetiche che facevano sudare, la camera in 4 notti non è mai stata pulita, si era accumulato di tutto a terra. In alcune parti del pavimento mancavano perfino le mattonelle che erano state coperte con il tappeto. Il bagno era la cosa peggiore, pieno di muffa, senza mattonelle, la doccia aperta, c’erano spifferi da tutte le porte.. La zona dove si trovava orribile e pericolosa, soprattutto di sera

Location is great! The terrace view at night is an itinerary already. They've got a great staff. Yassin and Sifaw were very accommodating and welcoming; they've managed everything for me, like transport and tours. -Tenmirt-

Terrace was very nice.

The breakfast started at 9 am. We asked for an earlier breakfast for our last day at 8 am because we needed to get to the airport. They said they would make it earlier for us. In reality, they actually served us after someone else around 9:15 am. Wifi did not work well at all. Very difficult to find riad. Maybe they should put a sign at the corner because on google maps it says you have arrived and you actually have to continue down the alley and then turn left at a grate.

L’hôtel est très bien placé à l’entrée de la médina (bien pour les taxis car ils ne déposent pas dans la médina). Il y a plein de petits restau très sympas ! Le personnel est très gentil, merci à Yassine et à son frère pour leurs conseils et leur bonne humeur !

Par rapport à l’établissement nous n’avons rien à redire si ce n’est que la chambre où nous étions était mal isolée (nous entendions les conversations des gens dans le hall). Les excursions (proposées par l’hôtel mais ils n’en sont pas responsables). Nous avons fait une excursion à ouarzazate le mardi et le mercredi une nuit dans le désert. Nous avons refait les mêmes activités (passage par ouarzazate pour le désert) ce qui fait que nous avons perdu un jour. Aussi, pour l’excursion deux jours une nuit dans le désert nous avons été déçus nous étions à l’entrée du désert donc pas de grandes dunes à perte de vue comme ça peut être le cas ailleurs.
