All of the staff were very welcoming and helped with anything we needed. The main receptionist, Ismael, was one of the nicest people I've ever met! He spoke very good english and was fluent in spanish, french and arabic! The pool area was also very nice! The pool itself was around 10°, perfect for cold plunging :) The town is small and very friendly - located 16km from the city. There is a bus that goes every 10-15 minutes to the city and only costs 0.5€. Otherwise taxi is €25-€40. We usually took the bus to the city but Taxi when we went back. The taxi drivers in the city will try to have you pay €40 but you should negotiate. Advice: If you find a taxi driver for €20-€25 from the city to Tameslouht, get his number for future rides.

Everything. From the beginning till end of our stay. We try most of the dishes from the villas’ kitchen, all of them were delicious and tasty.The villa is massive and beautifully maintained from the staff, rooms are clean with a touch of Maroccan traditional decoration. In the garden you can spot peacock, rabbits,dogs,cats, chickens and more! Very quiet place to stay and enjoy the day. The Villa is 20 minutes by car from Marrakesh Airport and centre, very accessible with taxis and bus. Just few meters away from the villa there are bus stop and taxis. We couldn’t be happier of our choice of stay. Thank you to the staff!

Water was spilling out from the shower, so bathroom floor was wet. Not a big deal anyway.

The staff. We got money changed good rate. We got a taxi into the city at a fair rate. The owner is German-Moroccon. A nice guy. His Lieutenant is Ismail. A very helpful guy. He brought us to our next accommodation

The entire premises would benefit from an overhaul. El jefe if you are listening, invest in your business it will pay off.

Very beautiful stay. Special thanks to Ismail, very kind and helpful, great man. The staff also is nice and you’ll have any need satisfied. The room is beautiful and spacious. will be back for sure.

Staff doing everything to make our visit as good as possible. There was no a problem to change room. Ismail leading the staff and I hope will make this place better - still there is a lot to improve.

More attention should be paid to cleanliness

I could not fault the good intentions of the staff, especially Ismail and Sukhane. They were very attentive whenever there was an issue and did their best to accommodate my requirements where able. The place itself gave a lovely relaxed feel.

I didnt like the lack of security. I booked the presidential suite, which was actually a room off the main communal lounge (should not really be a bedroom) ,which offered no security for myself and I felt unsafe so moved to a cabin room the 2nd day, which again I had to get a padlock for I also didnt like the surprise functions that I was met with on a daily basis. I appreciate that they hold these functions as a local venue and by the looks of them they were always a success, however as a guest I was not informed of them and had to endure many a night of loud music and partying (once till 6am), Had I know there were to be private functions, I would have made arrangements to travel the hour into marrakesh and dine there, instead felt that i could not call on their home cooking menu as they were incredibly busy catering to parties. Very rural. Whilst it was lovely to have pets and chickens etc roaming free, my 1st morning breakfast in the grounds witnessed 2 of the pet dogs savagely attacking one of the cats. Not the fault of staff I know but I had to insist the cat be seen to as it was still alive and was not receiving any attention. They did thankfully and advised me that they had taken it to the vet and it was having an operation. But the pool area was also littered with dried dog poo that had simply been overlooked as the rest of the grounds were checked regularly.

We loved the calm and quiet in amongst the lush vegetation and various animals roaming free in the gardens. This place has something special about it, in its essence , you feel at home. The home cooked food was absolutely delicious.
