"Nice place, helpful staff but unresponsive air con and broken toilet let it down."

Nice quiet location, friendly staff.

Air con machine would not respond to the control and kept turning on and off throughout the night, we couldn’t find any way to switch it off and resulted in a poor nights sleep. Toilet wobbled when you sat/stood up. We weren’t given a key to our room when we first arrived.

Everything was perfect, Ismail and other personnel were very friendly and helpfull! When we asked something within a minute it was fixxed. And I even spoke a while with the owner, just like Ismail very modest and they do their work with passion and the greatest pleasure. TIll now the best place to be

"Nice estate but be careful if you are used to western city comforts."

Beautiful property and two swimming pools. We liked domestic animals and playground for children. Aziz was nice and helped us a lot. The vegetation is also very well maintained.

We missed some options like eggs/omelettes/sausage and vegetables for breakfast. Dinner service was really slow, although food was good. Also some miscommunications happened because our primary foreign language is English, and they primarily speak French in addition to Arabic.
