The clean rooms and the location. Very quiet area for when you need to unwind after a long day. The hosts are very friendly and the service is exceptional.

PLACE HAS GOOD BEDS, BATHROOMS ARE GOOD. TOWELS ARE VERY WELL SUPPLIED. HELPER WAS VERY EASYGIONG.

WE BOOKED 2 ROOMS. 1 ROOM ,THE AIRCON DID NOT WORK. WE CHECKED IN AT AROUND 2.30 MY COLLEGUE REPORTED THAT THE AIRCON IS NOT WORKING AT AROUND 4PM THA LADY INSIST WE DID NOT LET HER KNOW SOONER ABOUT THIS,. WAS IS NOT THEM WHO MUST CHECK THAT ALL IS WORKING.WE HAD TO BOOK ANOTHER PLACE FOR MY COLLEGUE, ASIT WAS VERY HOT. I ASKED HER TO REFUND US THE 1 DAY AS WE DID NOT OCCUPY THE ROOM. SHE DID NOT REFUND US AND HAS LOTS OF EXCUSES. WE WILL NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ALL OUR FRIENDS. PLEASE TAKE UP MATTER WITH THEM I HAVE RECEIPT OF THE OTHER PLACE WHERE WE PAID AN EXTRA R800 FOR THE ONE NOGHT VERY DISSAPIONTED

Modern, clean, lovely bathroom and safe.

Not sound proof at all, cars driving past our room where noisy, no curtains on the windows above the bed so forget about sleeping late if you are light sensitive. Airconditioner installed to blow against the wall on other side of building and not on the bed side. Air-conditioning also made terrible noises intermittently.
