Was a really clean room and the bed was very comfortable. Good location and easy self check in.

Was not sent promised information to be able to get into the property so had to call to get the information. Very steep stairs, no fire exit, no smoke alarms in rooms. Not aloud to eat or drink in your room either. After booking was made to pay £50 deposit dirct to owner of propery. Was promised my deposit back on the Monday, had to contact on the Friday asking where it was. The owner was rude when I asked for my deposit back. Someone lives their and the smell of their cooking was extremely overpowering. The room stank of the food.

The room was clean, amazing bathroom with a clean shower, and the LED lights were nice, the bed was so comfy

I wish they had tea facilities and a microwave in the room. Also, I didn't know how to turn on the heating on?

Location was good, clean and spacious rooms. Great value for money. Tv was good with Netflix and other streaming service. Garden on property.

The owner apologised for the shambles that was made and that made me miss a wedding ceremony! . And he offered to let me stay an extra 2 hrs after check out and not charge ,£ 10 per hr .

When i arrived there was no key In the key safe. It took 15 mins to sort out a key . Then I had to leave my belongings in an unlocked room which was clearly a room that had not been cleaned. Previously I was going from room to room with keys to try find a room. Im now late and missed the ceremony due to this shambles. When I returned at night to my accommodation I had to get another set of keys to room 2. Only to find me belongings were still downstairs in unlocked room 1. You can imagine im not happy . The pillows were hard and I was cold with hardly any bed covers . The manager came to my room at 10am. Apologies and only offers for me to stay abit longer free of charge if needed. I told him I missed the ceremony. He was more concerned about a bad review. I assured him it will be an honest review!
