Good location, near bus stop and city centre. Nice host and service.

Room on the top floor is pretty hot. Although fan was provided, the temperature is still quite high. The shower’s pipe on the floor was partially blocked.

Decent amount of parking over the weekend Room size is good and kitchen factilities good to prepare a simple meal

Did not receive the code for the key box and had to send a message. But it was sorted quickly Shower dain seem blocked as water drained slowly, but was not a big issue

Not much except you was looking over a lovely park

Looks very old dated, steps where very wide at all and deep, (not good if you have problems walking), bed was so hard, lots of noise from traffic outside, parking is only Saturday/Sunday cause on a Monday you have to be of the street by 6:30am, so it not free parking at all, never got a notice about the key safe til I text to ask for, kitchen table was dirty when we arrived, no cups/glasses in the room,

The room inside is very different from the building outside!!! Surprise is wonderful new and modern style completely different from the old property outside really good and comfortable!!!

The space outside the kitchen that you can relaxing … like home garden

On street parking close by. Clean, modern, accommodation, use of fully equiped kitchen. Fridge in room. No Tea & Coffee facilities in room, but use of kitchen. note/ Stairs to upper room are steep & narrow.

On street parking at side, no issues. Lovely modern room, well decorated, another lamp in room would be useful, wi fi and smart TV netflix etc. In room mini fridge. Use of kitchen facilities downstairs, cooker, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer etc.

Stairs to upper rooms steep and narrow. Shower in room needs attention as the water doesn't drain away - owner aware and repairing. No in room Tea & Coffee making - but there is a fully equipped kitchen downstairs.

The room was extremely comfortable and clean.

I expected the bathroom to be en-suite however this wasn’t really an issue.
