The room was clean, warm and combined with a nice en suite bathroom was just what i was looking for, for an overnight stay.

The narrow stairs especially if your room is situated on the top floor as mine was.

Very modern, comfortable room and bed. Very clean. Easy check-in and checkout.

The room was large and warm. Ensuite spacious and warm. The radiator in the bedroom and also the bathroom could get really hot, which was lovely. We looked out onto a main road, which is why it wasn't quiet - only because of traffic. The property itself was quiet. The view was into a park, which was lovely. We liked the kitchen - with everything you need if you want to be self-catering and a nice space to eat. Lots of local cafes and restaurants with really good food. We brought in food from 'A Taste of Kerala' which was awesome Best of all was the Manager - Jay/Theophilus. He was smiley, helpful, nothing was too much bother

Not a real dislike but we would have liked a socket/shaving point in the bathroom so I could plug in the night-light I bring with us. My husband has dementia and can't find the bathroom at night if it doesn't have a light. The main light is too bright, plus the noisy fan is on if the main light is on. We need a night-light - not a motion-activated light which startles him when it comes on and sometimes goes off when you're on the toilet .... just a suggestion.

From the moment of booking fantastic customer service and support. Facilities world class and quality apartment stay. All amenities from small to major has been thought through very clean and homely wonderful all round stay. Toilet in en suite room ,shower and there is another communal toilet all fabolously decorated professionally and kitchen facilities are superb. Will book again and can only thank for such a good quality rooms , free parking and close to the city centre. Kind regards Mohamed 10/10 from customer and will keep this on my favourite lists. 😀

The property was very luxurious with all the amenities. It felt so homely. The landlord was amazing,friendly and very co operative!! Would recomend this 200%

Clear instructions, so it was easy to find and enter. Quiet and very clean. I travelled alone, and stayed for one night, and it was perfect for such an occasion.
