Owners delivered on providing ensuite accommodation as requested. Pleasant and well stocked shared kitchen facilities.

Room a little too warm, and as said elsewhere, stairs quite steep.

Dirty bed sheets, dirty floor , room smelt of smoke , dark and dingy entrance area that you need a torch for , not good as a single female. Bathroom dirty , floors did not look cleaned for a while.

My room was cold and quite shabby

Location, it was a 5 minute walk for us to our venue for the evening

Lack of tea and coffee making facilities. No fresh milk provided only soya milk or powerdered milk. Bathroom grubby, especially the window sill, no extra pillows. £89 per night is too high for the what you got I would say it should be more £65.00 per night.

A perfect little home from home. Had everything you need and more. Very comfortable bed and not too far from the town centre. Would certainly stay there again
