Very cold. Heating was off most the time.

The location and communication from hosts was good. Common areas - such as kitchen and shared bathrooms were large, modern and clean.

Room was extremely cold, and radiator did not really help. Stairs to get to room were very steep and narrow. Room did not look like it had been deep-cleaned for a while (grime on skirtingboards etc), and there were signs of damp/mould on the ceiling. Room was also on a different floor to shared bathroom. We travelled home a night early rather than stay a second night.

Bedroom and other rooms very clean

Request sent for ground floor which was granted however wc facilities up stairs I did say I struggle with stairs, 😒 also very cold radiator went off after a short while, so left this room at 03.00hrs as uncomfortable.

Nice big room, comfy bed, clean communal area with tea/coffee making facilities, good communication with host.

10am checkout is a little early, 11am.would be better especially considering check in isn't till 3pm.

The efficiency of the communication of the owner and the lit up passage and key safe. It is just outside the controlled zone for parking. You can't park at the house as it's on the main road and as we arrived at 4pm there was plenty of parking nearby. The buses are very easy to use and cheap. The use of the kitchen with plenty of beverages is great. The PIR lights in the stairwells is a really great idea.

The sheet that was put on the bed was too small for the bed and kept coming off. The shower head bracket was broken.
