The owner was tremendously kind, friendly, and thoughtful! She also served delicious breakfast generously with a smile. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We were helped with renting a motorbike and were given great tips about the different beaches and restaurants. Overall, we would highly recommend this place to anyone!

"Decent one-night stay, quiet, with parking."

Nothing fancy, regular good size room. Had parkings. Quiet area. Very close to the Sukhothai historical park. We only stayed for one-night (less than 24 hours) on a roadtrip to Chiang Mai, so we didn't get experience so much. They allowed pets, as we brought our cat, so that was nice.

The bathroom was a wet bathroom (no separation between shower and toilet), which is common in rural Thailand. Not much facilities so might not be very comfortable for a long stay.

"Good location."

The location was good, walking distance to the Sukhothai Historical Park and to one of the best restaurants in Sukhothai, PhumPhor Cafe. It is also close to the intercity bus station, in case you will take a bus to Chiang Mai or other city after Sukhothai. The price was fair and we could use their bikes to visit the Sukhothai Historial Park.

Staff is not polite friendly at all. The shower is almost on top of the toilet bowl, making it messy to shower. There were ants and mozzies in the bathroom and bedroom.
