We have the whole property to our own and it is very spacious. The entrance to Takachiho Gorge is right next to the property. The host is very kind.

Big space and near to the tachicho gorge

Need to have hot water for sink and heater for toilet are. It was cold~

Location and value for money

Musty smell in the bedrooms and dusty.

Staff don't really want to serve.

The value of money of the accommodation is excellent in that area and the host is very helpful.

If the check in time can be more flexible that would be better.

Wow! I'm always looking for unique, one-of-a-kind stays and this one made for a stunning experience. Kind owner, gorgeous views, fresh mountain air mixed with the scent of tatami, super spacious interior that made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a sterile, bland apartment rental, perhaps this isn't for you, but if you want something different, something authentic, you'll love it. My favourite stay on my Kyushu trip!

Long walk to supermarket, restaurants actually open for dinner (especially on weekends and holidays...)

Strategic location near the gorge. Strong wifi and electricity. Spacious for a group of 4

Cutlery were musty

Awesome location, direct access to a walking track to the Gorge. The accommodations were clean, airy and spacious. It was simply perfect and such good value for money. The restaurant next door was perfect for dinner too.

Ok so it’s not right in town but we were there to see the Gorge and have a great nights sleep and it’s exactly what we got. Wish we could have stayed another night.
