Das Haus hat eine sehr zentrale Lage. Das as Studio ist schön hell und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es bietet viel Platz und hat ein sehr schönes und großes Bad.

Die Treppe in das 1. OG ist, wie häufig in den Niederlanden, sehr steil. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich.
