NLSuper fijne accommodatie, leuke gastheer. Hij gaf duidelijk aan dat er nog een aantal dingen in de kamer miste, omdat het net nieuw was. Heel begrijpelijk en netjes dat hij dit toelicht. Daarnaast een Lagoon Safari gedaan vanuit het hotel, dit was super leuk.
LUVery nice owner who organized interesting activities (lagoon and scooter safari, BBQ) and helped with any questions we had. Whatever the room lacks is compensated for by the kind and helpful owner who goes the extra mile for his guests. Much appreciated Billie!
The rooms are not new and rather small but ok for a couple with a child. The bathroom is rather basic and for the price one could expect a bit more.

NLPrijs-kwaliteit slecht. We zijn op veel plekken verbleven in Sri Lanka, dus veel vergelijkingsmateriaal. - Geen warm water in de douche (bij goedkopere hotels heb je dit wel), je doucht zowat op de wc en heel de badkamer loopt vol water - Geen laken om onder te slapen (alleen een synthetisch dekentje) - Geen gordijn oid voor de voordeur (van glas) dus je kan zo naar binnen kijken (en het is erg licht in de kamer) - Op het ontbijt moet je een uur wachten - Geen nachtkastjes, geen kledinghangers/kast dus je kunt nergens je kleding ophangen of wegleggen behalve in je koffer/backpack - De kamer werd niet een keer schoon gemaakt tijdens ons verblijf of handdoeken vervangen Voor dit geld (3x de normale prijs in Arugam Bay) zou je meer mogen verwachten.

Billie et son personnel sont incroyables : toujours souriants, serviables et hyper sympas. Mention spéciale pour Billie, qui déborde de gentillesse et organise plein d’activités pour rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. Un endroit parfait pour profiter de l’esprit cool et détendu d’Arugam Bay.

CZThe location was perfect, few steps from the beach as well as from the restaurants and cafes. What we absolutely loved was Billy - the owner! He went above and beyond with the customer care - the trips he organized for us were the best out of our whole trip accross Sri Lanka. The breakfast was simple but super tasty. Every day something different.
The older rooms are a bit shabby, do not expect a luxury. The new ones were much better. Bring your own soap.
