Posizione comoda, molto vicina alla spiaggia e al centro con ristoranti/negozi. Colazione buona.

Pulizia inesistente: camera e bagno sporchi, servizi igienici non puliti e grande ragno presente sulla finestra. Puzza di muffa persistente. Zanzariera sopra il letto inutilizzabile per via della puzza e dello sporco. Zanzare ovunque che entravano da una fessura della camera. É stata la camera che abbiamo pagato di piú nel nostro soggiorno in Sri Lanka e quella in cui ci siamo trovati peggio. Al momento del pagamento il titolare ha anche provato a incassare piú del dovuto. Probabilmente si é trattato di un semplice errore di calcolo suo peró ho dovuto contargli tre volte I soldi davanti prima che capisse che erano giusti. Concludiamo dicendo che noi abbiamo alloggiato nelle camera vecchie, probabilmente quelle nuove sono differenti e meglio tenute (?). Non siamo soliti fare recensioni negative perche' é Brutto svalutare il Lavoro degli Altri ma in Questo Caso abbiamo ritenuto doveroso condividere la nostra esperienza per evitare che qualcuno si possa trovare male come ci siamo trovati noi.

The location next to the beach

The room was very cramped and small. Not 4 star.Large ants on bed . Mosquito net had holes. no hand soap or hot water.No bathmat . Bathroom was rustic and looked like primitive . No mini bar . No glass for water or toothbrush . No bar for evening drink. Breakfast was humus and veg and roti. Who is Billie ? Mentioned in other reviews?

Billy und sein Team sind super coole, herzliche Menschen, die einem sofort ein Gefühl von Zuhause vermitteln. Sie spiegeln den entspannten, fröhlichen Vibe der Stadt wieder und erfüllen einem jeden Extrawunsch. Die Lagoon-Safari war ein tolles Erlebnis, bei dem wir viel über die umliegende Natur und Tiere gelernt haben.

אין מים חמים. למרות שהתקשרנו מראש לוודא נאמר שיש. מסתבר שרק כשיש שמש וגם זה מעט. אין חימום חשמלי. בערב אין מים חמים. ארוחת בוקר דלה מאוד. קצת פירות. טוסט עם ממרח בוטנים עם פרוסת בננה עליו

Such a chilled place. You can be in the sea a minute after getting up and out. Then back for a shower and great breakfast. Billie is an amazing host. He took us and some other guests on a local safari where we saw a lot of crocs and loads of local birds. Super helpful. Top marks!

Greeted by such friendly and happy staff! The room was very comfortable and clean! Walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Complimentary breakfast was very generous! Wonderful stay Thankyou 🙏🏼
