Nothing , I never stayed as the area was full of undesirable people, i ended up booking Travelodge in Dover as I know my car was safe

Shower and linen was clean. Bed comfy area accessible. Was told we were only ones staying yet another in and out on Saturday. They were polite though 😄

Kitchen was falling apart. Cupboard doors. No forks in cutlery draw. Fridge was dirty oven dirty. House smelt of cigarettes sadly. We are non smokers .

Great location. 10 minute walk into city centre.

Bathroom smelled a damp due to no window/extractor fan

I booked this for my daughter believing it was a guest house. It is a room in a shared house and it is other guests that meet you to gain entry. The area is extremely unsafe with groups of men sat in cars smoking and drinking and if a lone traveller makes you feel unsafe, scared and vulnerable. It is hard to locate from the parking area at the garages at the back which is dark and u lit and a man comes to meet you to show you where to go and is rude and aggressive if you say you’re scared. She didnt end up staying as felt afraid and scared and was assured a full refund would be given but have never given the refund and is happy for a bad review to be left to not refund. Very unprofessional and I would avoid this property at all costs.

Lovely room and space, a comfortable living environment, and a quiet space overall.
