GBRoom was small but fine
More mosquitoes than anywhere else, even in the jungle. Coordinating check in, payment etc because nobody is there was annoying

MYMYMYMYThe location was strategic, I didn't need to walk more than 15 mins to almost every attraction in waterfront.
The owner manages cafe, so they'll start blasting music at 9am, if you plan to sleep in, then this is not a place for you. The owner can be over friendly which I didn't appreciate with some text he sent though he apologised after that.

-the owner very rude. - booked another room but the owner give another room and ask to pay more. - its hard to check in because you need to call the owner to get the pasword for door access and he very rude when answering the call.
