The owner was delightful

It’s a lovely well kept guest house

Just a shame there was no breakfast but there are plenty of place to get some within 5 mins walk

Location was excellent and the room was very clean.

It was disappointing that guests are not allowed to eat meals in their rooms. A mini Fridge in the room would also have been beneficial because the accommodation does not provide breakfast.

Location was excellent so close to the town and Wendy was very friendly and helpful always cheerful made us feel very welcome

We will definitely stay there again loved it

Great location in the heart of Padstow! Already planning the next stay, Wendy was super friendly on arrival and gave us plenty of tips to get the best out of our stay. The room was a great size, and we loved everything about the accommodation

Too much noise with people coming and going No breakfast included

Room was small but clean and comfortable, Excellent location, a short walk to the harbour. Only met Wendy once but she was very helpful.

Quite difficult to make tea as the area is small and you are stood in your own light, Maybe a small light would help? Very steep stairs, can't be helped but a warning to people with mobility issues.Parking a problem in the whole of Padstow!
