Die Unterkunft liegt nahe am Zentrum, das zu Fuß in 20 bis 30 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Frühstück steht bereit, man kann sich selbst bedienen.

The room that we booked 6 months before was not free when we arrived. Nobody informed us in advance although I wrote an Email to the accomodation a day before and they answered and didn't mention any overbooking. Besides when I called the owner he was unfriendly and not helpful at all on the phone. We had to find a new place to stay in Palermo on a Saturday night all of a sudden which was not easy. So I really can't recommend a booking for this place.

There are several reasons we did left and did not stay at the property (but were billed as past the refund date). Frankly we do not believe the listing is accurate. There is no parking garage (it’s down the road at a fee), there is no front desk let alone a 24 hour front desk, the photos look far better than the property (which felt a little run down in a less than great area), the listing does not mention the 7th floor elevator plus stairs to get to the property (i.e., elevator does not go to level of the unit and requires people to carry bags the last flights of stairs). The stairs were particularly problematic as one of our group was recovering from surgery. The state of the accommodations does match the description, the 4 star rating or the 8.7 score. We ended up staying elsewhere - it had the same 4 star rating and a slightly lower score of 8.2 on booking.com. The two are no where comparable with Super Attico being closer to a two star accommodation. In addition, Super attico did it feel safe with no front desk or staffing of front desk. Indeed, when wewent to hand back the keys, no one was in the entire unit to take them. In my many years of using booking.com across many countries (I am genius level 3), I have never left a reservation/canceled the day of a booking. In this case, we felt the state of the accommodations so mismatched the description and photos that we moved to another accomodation option.

Hübsches geräumiges Zimmer und großes Bad. Gut und ruhig gelegen. Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Das Frühstück war self-Service, daher fast nur abgepackte Sachen. Es fehlten Haken im Bad um Handtücher zu trocknen.

Our room (no.3) and bed was large, light and airy. Good air conditioning and shutters to keep the room dark when sleeping. The bathroom is also large. Easy to get into the centre either walking or on the bus, which also goes straight to the main rail station. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were especially nice.

The room is next to the breakfast area and main entrance which mean you are woken when people come in and as soon as someone else is up, though it didn't affect us too much, you should bear it in mind. Otherwise the whole place is really nice.
