Room is clean, self-service breakfast included (with limited choices), 15 mins walk to the old town which is relatively close.

We didn’t expect the accommodation to be more like a „shared apartment“. The facility in the bathroom seems to be a bit outdated and can be maintained better.

We liked the location only 10 min walk to the opera house in the centre of the old town. Very close to shops and supermarket. Self service buffet continental breakfast, always well stocked. Bedroom comfortable with ensuite, cleaned every day and bed made up. Once we booked in, we got Milo's mobile number and we were able to contact him if required. . Reservation through booking .com was an easy process. It was a shame we didn't receive instructions before our arrival as to how to access the building/accomadation otherwise we eould have given a 10 star rating

I gave a 9 star, the reason being, we received no instruction as to accessing the building when we arrived. Luckily for us one of the other guests let us in and took us to the 7th floor via the lift. Unfortunately there was then a flight of stairs to our apartment, as older people (75 and 80) heaving a 20kgm case up stairs with no handrail was a struggle.Luckily we are a very fit couple but still found it difficult. The access to the accommodation may not be suitable for less active or disabled persons. Once we got access we were met by a lovely housekeeper and got our keys, Unfortunately she did not speak much English, nor we Italian but she phoned the host and I spoke to him. It was then I received his mobile number. The rest of our stay was excellent.

Moeizame communicatie met de verhuurder, veel verwarring - geen Engels. Geen fysieke aanwezigheid. De airco blies zwarte stofdeeltjes
