Great view. Comfortable bed. The staff did arrange a porter for our luggage on departing

No assistance with luggage was made on arrival even after several contacts with staff. This property is very difficult to climb to due to nearly 200 steps and a very steep stairs from the street door to the apartment.

The balcony and view was amazing!!!

Just the climb. But you need that to get to such a view.

The balcony and view, air conditioner worked well, rainwater style shower worked well. Nice to have a fridge, and desk to work at. Bed was comfortable. Sliding door does have shutters one could close at night to keep sun out which we didn’t realize until day of checkout. Our fault (windows only have lacy window coverings/do not keep out sun and otherwise you’re up at 5:30am with the sun).

Lack of communication compared to other properties we stayed at. Reached out several days prior to our trip inquiring about video directions and access info. and were told would send the day prior (not ideal as we’re already out of country and unable to print info.), then didn’t hear. The night before check-in I emailed to inquire again- we heard a reply with info. the day of check-in while on our way by train. Initially told there wasn’t anyone to hire to carry luggage to the room, but then the day of came through with someone- 20 euros per bag. I would not recommend this stay if you have a regular large suitcase and no one to hire to bring up unless you are young, fit, and desire a work out (we did bring our bags down ok though).

This apartment was located up several narrow corridors and stairs so we were thankful that we had just small carryon suitcases and backpacks. The owner sent us a video of how to get to the location which was extremely helpful. The apartment was clean and beautifully appointed. The views from the balcony were stunning!

What you are paying money for here is the location and the convenience of location between the towns. View from balcony is stunning.

Very high volume of tourists between 11:00am to 4:00pm, room size equivalent of a standard hotel room. Property access is challenging with stairs & suitcases. Property is a bit 'tired', there were some maintenance issues which required attention. Marta explained this was due to unseasonal rains and water ingress, she did communicated about the unfinished repair of the balcony. However, the other issues of mould on wall & a broken umbrella were not mentioned. Marta said she was aware of maintenance and umbrella will be replaced. Although weather is not provider fault, could have provided small compensation.

The location was great BUT you need to be an athlete to climb many many many many steps to get up to the apartment. Difficult with luggage.

There had been a leak on the terrace into the room just before we got there and there was bubbling of the wallpaper and wall. My wife reacts to mpld but the owner quickly moved us to a different room in another building when we made them aware.
