Hosts are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Great location for the trams.

The Internet wifi was intermittent on first floor and not at all on second floor.

Really nice hotel Rachel and Adam were really lovely hosts nothing was too much trouble.Plenty of options for breakfast very enjoyable stay .

Wasn't anything I didn't like enjoyed my 2 nights there.
