Lovely welcome. Very comfortable bed, very clean room, soft towels, just what we needed. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from, just right to fill you up before a busy day out. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would be delighted to stay there again.

Warm and welcoming host, clean, warm, and comfortable room, and a good breakfast. Our dog was well-received, and there were dog treats and balls on offer plus poo bags. Nice size mugs in the room rather than the usual silly little cups, plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, a big bottle of water and nice biscuits. Outside the room there was a utility station with an iron and ironing board, a microwave, a little fridge, a hairdryer etc.

There was nothing I didn't like

The bathroom was very cold

This is a lovely hotel, run by a really nice couple. The room was spotlessly clean, the beds comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic. The location is perfect for the seafront and the numerous eating establishments on Red Bank Road plus the added bonus of on site parking.

Just wished I had been staying for a few more nights.
