I enjoyed my stay with John. The place is neat and clean with just about everything you might need for a night or a week. Very comfortable bed for a great nights sleep. I will definitely return.

Great host, one of lifes finest. Spotless room, immaculate actually. I have stayed in 4/5 star hotels and have had a less enjoyable stay. Highly recommend!

"A wonderful stay for the Fife coastal path"

This was a lovely place to stay. Really well suited to our needs as a family of 3, we had the whole top floor of the house to ourselves. Clean and really comfy. Lovely touches like provision of tampons, shampoos etc.

It would be great if the host added some cutlery (knives and forks) to the rooms as there is only takeout available in Buckhaven. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Excellent value, great location cation for visiting the Fife coast. Clean and comfortable, friendly owner. We stayed before in a larger room, this room was a wee bit tight for two of us, but otherwise 10/10.

The immediate area in Buckhaven has little to recommend it, but with the charming fishing villages like Anstruther, Craill and Pittenweem nearby, plus Falkland Palace and the Fife countryside all within less than an hour's drive, this is a perfect place to stay. We'll be back.
