Everything! Great view on the bay, great west orientation of the rooms enabling to enjoy the sunset from your room and balcony, beautiful modern house with vast bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable bed, great staff offering a great level of service and caring about making your experience as good as possible. Outstanding discussions with Ani who really helped us understand better South Africa and Cape Town and spent a lot of time with us. Fantastic breakfast. Location very practical to cover the various areas of interest of Cape Town by car, whilst being in a very safe, quiet residential area. Camps Bay as such is great, with probably one of the nicest beaches around Cape Town.

Construction work next to the house obviously impacting the experience. Still, starting and ending at very acceptable hour, so no impact on the nights, and it is a reality all around Camps Bay and other parts of Cape Town, so more something to anticipate than to avoid.

Stunning location with a great view over the vast Camps Bay and surroundings. Modern facilities with a great host as well as staff. Loved the breakfast of course. Thank you.

The host was extremely attentive to all our needs, and made me feel very special on my birthday. The house is beautiful and luxurious and we will definitely be back again.

We would love it if we could come back with our children however the home is unfortunately not child friendly.

I've been wanting to write a review about this gorgeous hotel for a long time. I was impressed. Just amazing. The work that the owners of the hotel have done is incredible. In every detail of the interior, in every little piece, the care of the guests was noticeable. Thoughtfulness in everything. The refrigerator, flowers, fruits, slippers, jars of treats and all sorts of small things – everything indicated that the hotel owners had not just filled the room with some kind of staff, but thought over different scenarios of staying in the hotel and adjusted to them. And it is also visible and felt in literally everything that the owners are not greedy – everything is done with soul and high quality. It's impossible to describe everything – it was just everywhere. I noticed and appreciated every detail. It was very pleasant. And of course, the view from the room is just wonderful.

I wish there were some special offers for a long stay. Unfortunately, I had to leave earlier, as the renovation started in the neighboring building and it was very noisy. But I'm sure it's temporary inconvenience.

The property, location, and views were absolutely stunning. The grounds are very well maintained by the groundskeeper (cant recall his name) who was onsite everyday and very courteous. Hats off to him for keeping up the beautiful esthetics! We used the hell out of the honesty bar which was super convenient and every day there were new baked goods available for all house guests. Prudence, the house chef, was literally the whipped cream and cherry on top for our stay. She greeted us, gave a tour, and made scrumptious made-to-order meals for us each morning alongside candle lit place settings. She also assisted us with check-out. She definitely deserves a raise/promotion for being more than a chef for this property.

There was one thing that kept this review from being a perfect 10. There was SIGNIFICANT construction noise 3 out of 4 days of our stay starting early morning until late afternoon literally right outside of our window next door to the property. We had to close one of the curtains to block the workers from looking into our room which took away from our view. We also had to keep the patio door closed along with closing the curtain all day to barely reduce the noise, but significantly hindered our experience. We couldn't enjoy sitting on the patio furniture and staring out at the view that we paid for. Now, we totally understand that construction is out of the properties control, but what really disappointed us is that there wasn't any mention or apology, written or verbal, from the onsite manager that, without a doubt, could hear it as well. We clearly stated that this was a relaxing anniversary trip (they did include a nice gift), so "sorry for the noise" or something along those lines would have been acceptable or am I delusional?!
