Staff were nice, breakfast was good, owner tried to resolve the issues so fast

I had to carry my luggage, the view is not good and not a sea view (sea is far), asked for some prearrangements but was neglected at the beginning, coffee machine was not working, provided snacks were old and not edible, location is far from the beach, Value compared with the room and provided services is high

This was our first time in Cape Town, and albeit only for one night, our stay was made incredibly special by Ani (and Prudence). The property itself is absolutely stunning, with a high quality finish. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and although we arrived in torrential thunderstorm, the balcony view was something else. On a beautiful day, I expect it would take your breath away. Ani couldn’t be more hospitable, catering to our every need, and making accommodations for our early arrival. Breakfast was homemade and delicious too - especially the scrambled egg. I couldn’t recommend Atholl House more - you absolutely must stay here! We wish we had stayed for longer.

Everything was perfect. Ani was so helpful, room was amazing. We love camps bay and South Africa and we can’t wait to come back!

Loved the view, decor and breakfasts. This was a lovely place to chill out and relax after a busy two weeks touring South Africa. Easy to walk or uber down to the waterfront with it’s great range of bars and restaurants.

Brilliant boutique hotel/ guest house Wonderful views and space to relax. We booked 3 rooms and all were sea view with large en suite and lovely design.

Location perfect, a very high quality finish in the rooms and the staff were so helpful. The manager also made us feel very welcome. We would stay again in a heart beat. The breakfast was perfectly prepared by Prudance!
