Atholl House

The breakfast was decent. The location was good, in a nice spot overlooking the ocean and just a short drive from the main strip.

The service was good for the most part.

Everything! Great location, beautiful views, comfortable room, wonderful staff, delicious food (they even bought me lots of different gluten free breads and treats b/c I have celiac disease). Ani is such a lovely lady and she was particularly helpful with activity recommendations. Prudence cooked fabulous omelets and grilled mushrooms for me every morning. Bettina was always friendly and cheerful. I highly recommend this lovely B & B!

Location was great, parking was provided, and it was quiet and clean

The room was super hot from 3-6pm and filled with so much direct sunlight we had to close the curtains. We could not enjoy the view in the late afternoon because of the intense sun.

Fantastic facility with a modern design and exceptional view on Camps bay beach. The host Ani and her team were amazing and ensured that our needs are met. She provided help even with developing the daily plan and shared suggestions to visit the attractions and perform the activities in Cape Town.

Where do I start to sing the praises of this stay! Atholl House is the perfect stay for anyone who is visiting Cape Town for the first time and a little nervous about safety in South Africa. I was uncharacteristically nervous about safety before arriving in Cape Town. However, being greeted by William at the airport, a trusted driver for Atholl House and then arriving at the Atholl.... all my concerns melted away instantaneously. The accommodation is stunning, with large spacious rooms, modern fittings, lavish facilities and breath taking views. There was a delicious breakfast every morning with a diverse range of options and tasty omelette! Then you can't forget Ani, the star of the show! The hostess with the mostess. She went above and beyond to welcome us to Cape Town with so much warmth and love. She works with a lovely team, who keep the house in an impeccable state. She gave excellent advise to explore the city in a safe and comfortable way. My wife and I sincerely miss our morning chats with her, she is a master of the "small touches" which really elevated this guest house above the rest. She is a beautiful person inside and out! We cannot wait to revisit Atholl house again! Love, Dilan and Louise x

This was a flawless stay. I honestly don't have a bad word to say. I think I would use this space to stress that Atholl is not a hotel. It is a luxury guest house, run with lots of love and care to provide a bespoke and unique experience for each and every guest. The facilities are impeccable and everything about Atholl is FIVE STAR!

Absolutely amazing! The most beautiful house, incredible rooms, great location, lovely staff. Anni arranged everything for our staying, including a driver (the best in town) for a few day-trips. One of the best places I have ever been to!
