"Exceptional"

I have been visiting Llandudno each year for many years now and I have to say this is the best accomodation experience I have had. The place is immaculate and spotlessly clean with the bedroom modern/very comfortable and the host Edward welcoming, friendly and genuine with an eye for detail.

I couldn't fault anything.

This perfect guest house couldnā€™t have been better for my stay in Llandudno - close to town, the beach and the station. Edward was exceptional with such a warm welcome, and went the extra mile to help me when my car got a flat tyre. The room was modern, spotlessly clean and comfortable, with lovely touches such as snacks and drinks. I will definitely stay again.

"Prefect weekend away in Llandudno at a brilliant guest house"

Only a short walk from the prominade, the King room we stayed in was perfect so clean and comfortable, the host is very helpful and made us feel extremely welcome
