Convenient for the town centre, quiet location, very welcoming host with very clean facilities. Everything you could possibly need.

Maybe the option for breakfast but otherwise it was perfect

The host Edward was so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything very clean and the decor immaculate.

I’m not one for reviews but this was a must!!! The guest house was spotless. The host Edward was friendly and welcoming, he couldn’t have done more. I have food intolerances, he went out of his way to ensure I had exactly what needed. There is a guest book which has all of the local places to each and attractions to see. A map is provided. Break fast I provided and cooked at your chosen time. The house is an easy 8-10 walk from the north beach and 15-20 min walk to the west beach. The other guest were returning guests, I think that says it all. I will be coming back next year for sure!

That we couldn’t stay longer

My second stay here, and when I return to Llandudno later in the year (hopefully), I will certainly return to Bodnant Guest House. It was exceptionally clean throughout, beautiful room, comfy bed, luxury toiletries and tea/coffee tray. There was also a range of herbal teas in the dining room and fridge with milk (should you run out) and snacks too. Edward the Owner serves an excellent English Breakfast which will last you till lunchtime (all cooked fresh). Nice quiet location away from the promenade, only a short walk from North shore (where you will find the famous Pier) and the West shore which I went to this time (again a short walk) beautiful and a bit quieter than the North shore. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Edward who is a fantastic host, and takes pride in everything he does, also extremely helpful. I spent three nights here this time and packed so much in, it felt like a week and the weather was superb too!

Loved everything. Apart from having to come home. Can't wait to get back there.

The hotel was spotless, lovely decor and feel to the building and the little additional touches by the host just made the stay special.

very difficult to fault, there was nothing i didn't like

Edward is a wonderful host, who obviously takes great pride in his business and clearly wants his guests to have the best stay. The house is gorgeous, and the room was delightful. Plenty of tea and coffee with extras available in the dining room, as well as snacks and cold drinks. The breakfast was great both mornings and pre-ordering meant no wait and no waste. The guest house is a short walk to the main town, and is very peaceful at night. We had a lovely stay and we will definitely return. Perfect!
