Beautiful guest house, situated on a peaceful road, just a short walk to the centre & beaches . Edward the owner is the perfect host & I received a warm welcome on my arrival . Appreciated the extra little touches , including complimentary snacks & a slightly later check out time. My room was bright, modern & peaceful with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Warm welcome by Edward, who promptly offered an upgrade. Room had views of the Great Orme. Short walk to promenade. Everything is very clean, and there are lots of snacks available. Excellent breakfast. The dining area can be used to eat your takeaways if needed. Free parking . On day of departure, due to no one else having our room, Edward kindly offered a late check out so we could do more sightseeing without having to move car. Excellent personal service.

From start to finish, a very friendly host,and happy to help with anything you need,the room was spotless and very comfortable, great location and the breakfast was excellent 100% would recommend, we stayed for one night wish we could have stayed longer would return again thank you keep it up, doing an excellent job 😊

The accommodation is very clean and well maintained. Nothing is too much trouble for the owner, Edward, who made us very welcome providing a first class breakfast as well as snacks which were always on hand. There is off road parking on site and the location is within walking distance of the main town.

On arrival of getting to the property the owner of the property was very welcoming and understanding on our lateness when we arrived at 10pm due to traffic. He was such a pleasant gentleman and gave us a tour around the guest house of the downstairs facilities and any snacks we wanted we was able to take. The owner then took us up to our room number 5 which was on the 2nd floor. The room was lovely and snug with a double bed, toilet and shower plus 2 arm chairs and a TV that was on a chest of drawers. Each side of the beds there was bedside cabinets with lamps and plenty of sockets to change you're phone with the plug or via the USB. Everywhere and everything was clean and tidy and dust free. Parking facility was great two as there was enough room for 3 cars. On leaving the accommodation the owner was very lovely and thankful for our stay. Would definitely recommend a stay at Bodnant Guest House as we stayed for 2 nights and I would definitely stay there again myself. Thank you so much to the owner for you're warm, kind and welcoming stay.
