"Excellent guest house, amazing host, perfect location"

Ideal location, quiet but close to centre and seafront. Beautiful guest house, clean and comfortable. Attention to detail was excellent. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful. Host was very welcoming, attentive, polite and helpful.

"Llandudno adventure"

Edward was a lovely guy. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were great, everything you could need and we're exception clean. The breakfast was lovely. We would certainly stay again and recommend to family and friends

Very comfortable and welcoming.

Minor point, but the earliest breakfast time is a little late for most people on business trips. An 0800 slot would be helpful. Not a big enough issue to mark down the rating, especially since most guests will be on holiday.

Everything was exceptional. Very clean ,lovely food. Staff were very helpful. Would recommend the guest house to other people.

"Bodnant By-the-Sea"

Lovely welcome from the host Edward and only 5minute walk from railway station. Single room was more than adequate and I slept like a baby for 7nights. Full breakfast for me every day ( at extra charge which kept me happy until eating out for evening meal) Lots of nibbles available 24/7 and place is spotless . Thank you Edward for making my break so enjoyable.

Itā€™s style and location was excellent . Short walk to all the central shops and seaside. Host was excellent and very helpful. Highly recommend this venue. A wonderful place to visit

Hidden gem. Nicest place I have stayed in Llandudno. Place is immaculate. Breakfast is well cooked to order. Edward is excellent at his job. He knows what the guests want. Nothing is to much trouble. Felt safe and relaxed, Read all reviews before I booked, and yes, I agree with them all. Well done , keep it up.

Tiny thing, could do with curtains to block early morning light. Otherwise, everything is perfect šŸ‘Œ

Great staff. Very welcoming and showed where everything was. Complimentary snacks were a great addition alongside a little filter coffee pot in the room and the breakfast was great.
