Accessable and nice for the night's rest. Staff are helpfull and nice. Place is very clean

Tiles in the bathroom is lose, was too afraid to touch the walls not sure if the tiles might fall down. Other guests was noisy so the best place to book is right at the back.

Everything, cleanliness, safely and convenience.

I couldn’t figure out where the bathroom air conditioning and light was.

It has all the amenities nothing not to like

Parking area is ok but when full its hard to move.

I really like the property very much. In such a way that when come with work to KZN Newcastle from Pretoria I don’t book anywhere else.

I don’t wanna lie everything is just perfect. I see the Progress time to time when I come there. There is one thing that you need to fix that is “ANNOYING” me in your Reception. All the time when I book wherever i go I use Booking.com of course I have those percentage % since I’m using it allows that keep on fluctuating from my side isn’t? But when I arrive at your reception. I need to explain myself at all the time they are not willing to learn or getting it. I guess maybe they don’t know it. I understand it. But it’s not a big anyway.
