The shower water was cold 😩the aircon was not working

It was very peaceful and beautiful

Everything was good

Clean towels and a nice parking area.

There is mold on the bathroom walls, shower floor as well as on the ceiling and the wall in the room. The shower head is not clean and is spraying all over. No hand soap in the bathroom. No security guards at the gate. Working only with a remote. The trellidoor at the room is loose and cannot lock at all. The TV is installed on the wall next to the bed instead of the front of the bed which is very uncomfortable. The curtains are light and therefore the lights outside keep you awake.

ANGRY AND DISGUSTED!!! We arrived with our booking. com reservation dated 17 March 2025, well prepared in time for our special event on 5 April 2025. On arrival at approximately 14:30 we were told previous guests extended their stay and our booking is cancelled!!! NO notification to us by The Bridge Guest House, no call, no email, just the shock of arriving to nothing! We insisted then on being accommodated somewhere else at the same cost. The receptionist could not get a response from the owner. Eventually we were getting desperate as we were going to be late for our event. The receptionist took matters into her own hands and found us accommodation at her personal friends guesthouse. It was clean, but still under construction. No proper curtains, no toilet seats, doors not able to close properly. We had to pay the same price, totally not the same quality for what we had booked for. This is NOT how a guest house on booking.com does business. Action must be taken. We will not be keeping quiet about this terrible experience!

We were told that they had no rooms available and we were sent to another guesthouse where we had to pay extra which inconvenienced us. Worse the hostess Nondumiso was so rude she dropped the call while I was busy talking to her.
