Linda, even when she works, has been really hepful and honest with me. She helped me and my son with the entrance ticket and the medical certificates for Ijen (NB : you need a printed copy of your passport). The Ijen hiking wouldn't have been possible without her, definitely. I'm glad I booked with her. The room was big enough. I didn't eat there but her husband offers me a tea and a bottle of water when we arrived.

Very affordable for its great location, literally just a minute walk from the train station. The hostel can also organise tours to see Mount Ijen very flexibly and quickly at a reasonable price that most tourists pay.

It's not suitable for a good rest unless you're really super tired. No warm shower (if important for you) and a lot of mosquitoes in the property. However, you can't expect much from the price you pay.

I had a room for my own. In front of the train station. And they helped me with borrowing gas mask and health certificate

Great place right in front of the train station in Banyuwangi. The rooms were clean and spacious. Linda was amazing helping us out with everything from booking the tour to Ijen, doing the health check that is required for the hike, and booking us a van to Denpasar, all for a better price than we could find anywhere else.

You are relatively far from town if you stay here, but it's a trade off for walking straight from the train to your room in 2 minutes 😊.

The place is simple but they have been so helpfull with me. I had a really late check in , it was not a problem they wait for me , they already prépare my certificat for Ijen and the mask They help me with a scooter and also to have a nap after the check out time so my stay have been so much easier thank to them ! Thanks again
