Easy to find. Parking at the front

Room decor very tired. Washed out bedding and towels but clean. Extractor fan very dirty. Light fitting covered in dust.

"Convenient to M53 and Stena ferry terminal Birkenhead"

No breakfast as expected although the snacks only consisted of a few biscuits and tea or coffee. Fortunately we had brought a few more breakfast snacks with us for our early departure next morning.

"Good basic guesthouse"

Stayed one night when visiting family nearby, so the location was great and parking was easy. Very clean, basic rooms.

Low water pressure in the shower, and no closet/hooks/hangers to hang coats and clothes
