"Very Good"

The location was ideal for us, near the place we were visiting and near the motorway. The owner kindly provided another towel when AI explained that my husband was with me as I had inadvertently not indicated that when booking the room.

The room was quite small so not much space to move about. We were only there overnight so not a major issue.

"Comfortable, quiet stay"

Welcoming host with good communication. Comfortable bed. Magnifying mirror in bedroom. Good welcome tray.

No bin in bathroom. Flimsy concertina door to bathroom

"Mixed. The room was very comfortable. Human contact leaves a lot to be desired.Will not stay again."

On both occasions the host was unwelcoming and even criticised my husband for having a loud voice! On the second occasion the host berated me for not answering text messages sent during the day when I was on a sea crossing and phone on aeroplane mode. He accused me of giving the wrong phone number to booking .com. Only after dishing out criticism and making us feel unwelcome did he eventually soften. I understand that on the second stay he was agitated about visiting his brother Paul in hospital.

Welcomed by the owner. The property was spotlessly clean. Great attention to detail with bottled water and hot drinks and biscuits. Very comfortable room with en suite, nice hot water.On site parking.

"Awesome"

The host was a very pleasant gentleman Very welcoming . I travel all around England at power lifting competition and always book a room for the night before and this property is second to none I was warm the room was modern and spotless. There was coffee / tea supplied with some biscuits. The bed was a dream . Definitely a 10 / 10 experience.

Quick book in, friendly host & clean room. Several self contained, lockable, rooms on the 2nd floor - like a hotel. Reasonably priced room with a shower bathroom. Kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & biscuits.
