Amazing stay! Fully recommend booking this guesthouse. Owners go out of their way and are very friendly. Food was excellent. Location is incredible.

Best place to stay at Sri Lanka. With loving host and her family. You can see lots of animals during your stay at restaurant, food is always homemade and amazing. Beach is 5 min walk. Our host help us manage scooter rent, massage and many more.

Fantastic position by the lagoon. You can keep cool in the pool whilst watching the amazing wildlife on the lagoon and the surrounding jungle. Wonderful service always with a smile. Wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

In a beautiful setting with peacocks and lots of other birds and wild life in the garden. The swimming pool was a welcome bonus and perfect for children. The breakfast was really delicious and very generous. The staff where very friendly and helpful.

Compared to other accommodations in Sri Lanka this one was definitely the best one. The owner is very helpful. We had our few shares of issues and she was able to solve them all. Breakfast was tasty and there were multiple options.

The path to the beach is not very nice. The bed in our room was a bit squeaky, but nothing disrupting. We had upstairs room and in the night and early morning there were birds landing on the roof and making banging noise.

Location is lovely on side of the lagoon and close to beach, very relaxing, lots of birds to watch and can go see turtles on beach hatching. Breakfast was decent.

Mattress uncomfortable, thin foam mattress, doesn’t match the quality of rest of furniture in room. Also the woman who runs it not the friendliest, she was rude to my friend who was picking me up. Also the dinners aren’t the best.

Very calm place, lots of birds, squirrels, great pool, very pleasant owners. I really didn't want to leave this hotel. Thank you very much, it was a wonderful stay. I recommend this hotel

wi-fi does not work very well in hotel room, but works in restaurant. And we had a mobile internet, so it was not the problem for us

The accommodation is on the shore of the lake, a delight if you like birds. The room is equipped with everything you need, except for a refrigerator, but we knew that in advance, which did not bother us. You can relax in the guesthouse in front of the room where you have a terrace, in the restaurant or at the pool - I chose the guesthouse to laze by the pool for a few days, an excellent choice. I had dinner there, the food is super tasty, I recommend it and I would come back anytime.

Wifi only worked in the restaurant area, not in the room.

We will keep stay in this hotel in our memories forever! Very lovely staff is a great addition to delicious food they make in affordable prices, views of wild animals, well-kept garden area, point of birds observation in their natural habitat and nice chamber swimming pool. Close to Rekawa beach and turtle reserve. Birds are fed by the owners, rooms are clean. Our favourite stay in Sri Lanka!

We had a very good time here. We had a late check in ( 1 am) but thy made the arrival smooth. Very nice host and family, good pool, comfortable beds. Close to the beach and in front of a lagoon full of birds. Also nice that it it is not big( 6 rooms) wich makes it more personal
