Eagles Nest Cabanas

We had a great time in Eagles Nest. The cabanas are located close to the ocean but far away from the city centre - for me a huge advantage, as I t was perfect to relax ✨ The rooms are clean and spacious, with AC and big bed. Houses are surrounded by greenery and you can watch the birds while eating in the restaurant - lovely thing. The pool is well maintained. We would stay there again for sure.

We couldn’t catch the wi fi and the water is dependant on solar energy, it is quite common on Sri Lanka, but be prepared 😊

Wonderful, family-run place with an amazing view of lagoon. Really, do not look any further, just book this place. :)

A lovely remote peaceful setting in the middle of nature with excellent staff. Lovely pool. Tuk tuk and car service.

Bedding wasn't that comfortable

I loved my stay here, what a lovely family, who went above and beyond for me! My balcony was huge, the pool was perfect, and the breakfast was wonderful. The beach is a short walk away.

I got lost in the dark coming back from the beach...Google maps doesn't direct you to Eagle's Nest, and it's not so clearly signposted, just a note to others!

This place was the peaceful tropical paradise that I was looking for. The room was simple but clean ( no bugs!) and with A/c and a large comfortable bed, it was easy to get a good night's sleep. Each room has a large private balcony from which you view the amazing bird life and playful squirrels. The large pool is clean and beautifully refreshing. Nimmie and her family could not be more helpful and attentive. She cooked anything I wanted and always greeted me with a warm smile and a cold beer! When the time came for me to leave she arranged for my transport back to Colombo and to the airport.

We really loved this place. The manager was super nice, she always helped us arrange whatever we needed.

Wonderful place with the most pleasant hostess. Nice property with a swimming pool, home restaurant, and a unique atmosphere surrounded by nature. About 10 minutes on foot to the paradise beach—a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoying a great time. Very helpful and friendly family. Thanks for everything ❤️

Beautiful setting, surrounded by nature. Only five minutes walk to the beach. The swimming pool was amazing and the staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us with transport for our onward journey. Breakfast was very tasty and filling. Probably our favourite place to stay in our two weeks travelling Sri Lanka. Excellent value for money and highly recommend.

Nothing, it was perfect!

We loved the nature, there are peacocks and parrots around, which was amazing, the views are stunning and the owners are so kind! We stayed in a room upstairs and we had the most wonderful view from our balcony. The beach is a very short walk away. We loved it here and we didn’t want to leave.

The most beautiful and best accommodation I could choose for the last days of my stay in Sri Lanka. The environment is amazing, a beautiful green garden, the restaurant overlooks the lagoon with lots of birds. The room is spacious, clean, with air conditioning. And the pool is a pleasant refreshment on hot days. The hosts are very nice and willing to help. I highly recommend it.
