Excellent Homestay, Lovely family..kind helpful and delightful..room's good..aircon, nice view, quiet, nice dog..bit of a mission for the tuk tuk to get up the hill but close to everything we needed...we're going back as soon as we can

"Incredibly accommodating hosts, great location and pristine conditions"

Asoka and his family were incredibly accommodating hosts in a beautiful and centrally located home. No request was too big for Asoka, who brought our bags around to the other side of Sripadaya to accommodate our one-way climb from the Ratnapura side to Hatton side, then spent the day with us driving to tea plantations that held great family significance for my wife en route to Nuwara Eliya. On top of this, Asoka arranged a fantastic gem mine tour of an operating mine during our stay. Asoka and his family (puppy included!) were gracious and friendly, and made us feel very much at home during our stay. Look no further for a place to stay in Ratnapura!

We couldn't seem to get any hot water in the bathroom, but no big deal in the hot Sri Lankan climate.
