Excellent location, Lovely hosts Karen and Ken, Good breakie choices hot and cold. Location near the train station plenty of places to eat nearby. Value for money will stay again.

Rooms are quite close together so can hear other rooms.

Sadly didn’t have cooked breakfast as I had to leave early (Just had cereal bar and coffee) It was minutes from train station and in quite area.

The only issue I had was didn’t sleep well (was tired) as next door kept waking me up with noise plus bed was soft.

The garden, the room, the breakfast

The hosts were an absolutely lovely couple (I had a great chat with them over breakfast) and the bedroom was very well equipped and perfectly comfortable.

Amazing breakfast. Most delicious scrambled eggs and smoked salmon as well as very tasty full English.

Very welcoming, en suite. Little extras

Bed very lumpy and hot, Rustled when you moved in the bed. Discovered plastic on mattress, felt there were more appropriate mattress covers on the market. Bunching up of coverings on the mattress. Had a very poor sleep. Poor communication regarding breakfast, times and availability. I'm disabled, requiring use of stick, staircase very dark banister only half way up.. Bathroom mirror needed to be lowered we are not all 6foot tall!
