Simple quiet room in a great location. Staff do everything they can to help out. Good value for money

No lift. Bathroom very small and basic.

I always stay at VIP house when in CM. Lady owner is very kind and helpfull with everything, if you cant find her on reception she or someone from the family is always in the restaurant in front of the hotel. They also take care of the luggage for 10 bht per day, rooms are spacious and always clean, every room has a small terrace a fridge and a tv. The best part is definetly the location, it is 2 mins by walk from Tha Phae Gate and Sunday market. Whatever you need is close.

Great value for the money. The location in the Old City is excellent near the Pai Tia Gate. Lots of food choices locally. During festival you’re close to the action. The Sunday Street market is a great feature.

Nothing. Be a scamin

The photos do not correspond to reality. It's a scam. The room was very old, dirty and windowless. There were stains on the walls and the smell of mold everywhere. Sheets dirty. We had to look for other accommodation in the evening, breathing mold is harmful to health. Never pay for accommodation in advance. We lost a lot of money. My fault for not finding reviews on Google, where many people write the same thing. Booking advised me to negotiate with the owner for a refund. She raised her voice at me and finally ran away from me. I feel great. I do not recommend

The staff were amazing. Couldn’t fault them. They booked my cooking course, I came back after visiting Pai. The restaurant (ran by the owners) downstairs was excellent. Location was great. Easy to get to and nice to wander around

Some things in the room were a little shabby. Peeling paint. My main light was broken (probably by previous occupier) and therefore didn’t work. However there was a bedside lamp. Overall the place was good though.
